What is covered?
We guarantee that your puppy will be free from any “genetic defects” for the first twelve months from the date of birth. If,however, within the first twelve months, a licensed veterinarian finds that your puppy has developed any serious eye defects, hip dysplasia, or any inheritable congenital genetic defect which would prevent it from enjoying a reasonable and normal life, we will replace the puppy with a comparable puppy from our next available litter. Any claim of a defect must be accompanied with written proof from a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of testing. Please keep your puppy in fit weight and condition. Do not allow your pup to become overweight as this places undue stress on the pup's joints. An overweight condition or evidence of joint wear due to long distance running before growth plates close will void the guarantee in this contract regarding hip dysplasia. No money will be refunded.

The spay/neuter agreement below also applies to the new owner if the puppy is not fixed at the time of re-homing. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to make sure the new owner knows the puppy must be fixed by 1 year old.
