FAQ's

What age can my puppy come home?

8 weeks is a great age to have your puppy come home. Any younger and they aren’t properly socialized yet and if you let them get much older they become too attached to us.

What will you all send home with the puppy?

Puppy starter pack sent home with the puppy includes:

  • Small bag of dog food
  • Toy with litter mate's and mom’s scent
  • Life Time Shot Record

When should I spay or neuter my puppy?

We recommend you work with your vet on the exact timing.  This should be done within the first year and half per our agreement.

Can I take my puppy out in public right away?

It is suggested not to take the puppy in public because they are not fully immunized against  distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvo and corona . It's best to minimize contact with other dogs etc until they are fully immunized. The puppy will come to you with  two set of shots done. Your vet can give further advice.

How often and how much are you currently feeding my puppy?

Twice a day, morning and evening.  Follow the directions on the back of your puppy food bag.

Do you have a waiting list?

Yes, we do. The process has 4 steps

  1. Contact us  - tell us about your family and you are looking for in an ideal puppy. Male or Female and possible color preference Once we have that in order....
  2. We will then tell you how to  place  your 300.00 dollar deposit to hold your place in line for your special family member. The deposit will apply to the full adoption fee.
  3. When we have puppies available and it’s your turn to pick we will let you know! If you aren’t ready for a puppy yet, or your perfect puppy isn’t one of the available ones at that point you are welcome to wait for our next litter. We want everyone perfectly happy with their puppy!

Please note we reserve the right to keep a puppy from any litter to keep and raise ourselves.

I don't live near you, will you fly a puppy to me?

We do ship sometimes if it is not possible or practical for you to meet and pick up in person. If we are confident the puppy will be going to an awesome home we will fly it to you using Pet Safe Program through Continental Airlines.  This has always worked very well.  The average flight in the United States is roughly 450.  We will adjust this price according to the flight price rates.  This price includes the plane ticket, a crate and crate pad, a health certificate to fly from our vet, and partial compensation for us to drive to the airport.
